How many ways are there to write traditional Chinese characters?

Two ways of writing, as shown below:

1. Only zhǐ (ㄓˇ)

1. Same as "Ti". Orange silk fabric.

2. Just, only: just.

3. Indicates that it is limited to a certain range: only. Just mind. See the trees but not the forest.

2. Only zhī (ㄓ)

1. Quantifier: a chicken.

2. Alone, rarely: single. Just one word on a piece of paper.

Words with the same root:

Cassock. The robes of monks and nuns.

Only a tree has a fate [zhǐ shù yǒu yuán]?

It has a fate with Buddhism.

Only one shoe [zhī lǚ]?

One shoe.
