The Magic Pen Ma Liang is a Chinese fairy tale. It was created by Mr. Hong Xuntao, a famous Chinese children's literature writer and theorist, in the 1950s. It shows the suffering of the people in feudal society and Ma Liang's story. Justice and kindness.
Once upon a time, there was a child named Ma Liang. His father and mother had died long ago, and he relied on himself to collect firewood and cut grass. He liked to learn painting since he was a child, but he didn't even have a pen!
One day, he walked by the entrance of a school and saw the magistrate in the yamen, holding a pen and drawing. He walked in unconsciously and said to his master: "I really want to learn painting. Can you lend me a pen?" The county magistrate glared at him and said, "Bah!" He spit on his face and cursed. : "A poor kid wants to pick up a pen and learn to paint? He's dreaming!" After saying that, he kicked him out of the door.
Ma Liang was an ambitious child. He said: "I don't believe it, why poor children can't even learn painting!"
From then on, he made up his mind to learn painting and worked hard every day. Practice hard. When he went to the mountain to collect firewood, he would break a branch and learn to trace birds on the sand. When he went to the river to cut grass, he would dip the grass roots in the river water and learn to trace the fish on the shore rocks. In the evening, when I returned home, I took a piece of charcoal and painted the things I had traced during the day on the wall of the cave one by one. Without a pen, he still learned to draw.
Year after year passed, Ma Liang never stopped studying painting. The four walls of his cave dwelling are covered with paintings, including mama flowers. Of course, I have made rapid progress. The birds I have started to draw can barely sing, and the fish I have started to draw can barely swim. Once, he drew a little hen at the entrance of the village, and there were eagles circling in the sky above the entrance of the village all day long.
Once, he drew a black wolf behind the mountain, which scared the cattle and sheep from grazing behind the mountain. But Ma Liang doesn’t have a pen yet! He thought, how great it would be to have a pen!
One night, Ma Liang was lying in the cave dwelling. Because he had been working and studying painting all day, he was very tired. As soon as he lay down, he fell asleep in a daze.
I don’t know when, a burst of colorful light lit up in the cave, and an old man with a white beard came and gave him a pen: This is a magic pen, use it well! Ma Liang took it and saw that the pen was golden and heavy in his hand. He jumped up with joy: "Thank you, grandpa,..." Before Ma Liang could finish his words, the old man with the white beard had disappeared.
