In mid-March this year, six book publishing houses, including Tianjin People's Publishing House Co., Ltd., Tianjin Science and Technology Publishing House Co., Ltd., Xin Lei Publishing House (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Tianjin Education Publishing House Co., Ltd., Tianjin Ancient Books Publishing House Co., Ltd. and Tianjin University Publishing House Co., Ltd., reported the self-inspection report of supplementary teaching materials for primary and secondary schools in the spring of 20xx, and other publishing houses reported the unpublished supplementary teaching materials for primary and secondary schools by telephone and QQ group.
Tianjin People's Publishing House Co., Ltd., Tianjin Science and Technology Publishing House Co., Ltd., Xin Lei Publishing House (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Tianjin Education Publishing House Co., Ltd., Tianjin Ancient Books Publishing House Co., Ltd. and other five publishing units, there are 253 kinds of supplementary materials for primary and secondary schools in the spring of 20xx, of which 9 kinds of new books have been published, 62 kinds of reprinted books/kloc-0, and 82 kinds of products in process. On the basis of self-examination, we carefully examined the supplementary teaching materials of primary and secondary schools in the spring of 20xx in the above-mentioned units. At the beginning of March, our bureau forwarded the notice of the General Administration to the Tianjin Book Wholesale Market Management Committee, Tianjin Xinhua Publishing Co., Ltd., Tianjin Book Building and the press and publication bureaus of all districts and counties, and arranged the special inspection work. According to the specific situation of Tianjin, our bureau will focus on the inspection of Tianjin book wholesale market, bookstores and printing and copying units in the surrounding areas of schools in all districts and counties, and require the press and publication departments of all districts and counties to form a leading group, attach great importance to it, earnestly mobilize it, seize the key points, and complete the special inspection work on time and efficiently.
Each district and county press and publication bureau has set up a special action leading group, and established a reporting system, a notification system and a weekly inspection record system. Law enforcement officers were sent to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the printing enterprises and the teaching materials market in primary and secondary schools within their jurisdiction. Some districts and counties have also inspected the use of supplementary teaching materials in primary and secondary schools in conjunction with the education administrative departments.
At the same time, our bureau organized the Tianjin Book Wholesale Market Management Committee to conduct a careful and detailed inspection of 28 publication wholesale units dealing in teaching materials in the book wholesale market. The inspection focused on the purchase and sale procedures of teaching AIDS, and no irregularities were found during the inspection.
Our bureau also sent personnel to inspect bookstores and some publication printing enterprises in the surrounding areas of primary and secondary schools in Hexi District, Baodi District, wuqing district and Jinghai County in conjunction with administrative law enforcement personnel of district and county cultural markets. The problems found in the inspection were investigated and dealt with in time.
In this special inspection, the issuing unit carefully checked the sales situation and purchase channels of various publications, especially the purchase channels of various teaching AIDS in primary and secondary schools. During the inspection, the administrative law enforcement officers also publicized the laws and regulations on press and publication to the employees of various enterprises to prevent illegal printing of supplementary materials for primary and secondary schools. During the special action, the municipal, district (county) cultural market administrative law enforcement departments dispatched 880 administrative law enforcement personnel to inspect the printing and distribution business premises 1095, including 725 wholesale and retail units and 370 printing units. 0/4 unlicensed bookshelves/kloc-were banned, 3 stores selling supplementary teaching materials beyond the scope were investigated, and illegal publications 1560 were collected, including 260 pirated supplementary teaching materials. 54 schools were inspected, and no cases of ordering and using infringing and pirated textbooks or illegally publishing textbooks were found.

After self-examination, the above five newspapers and periodicals can run their journals in strict accordance with the purpose of running their journals and conscientiously implement them? To ensure the quality of newspapers and periodicals; No illegal and disciplinary acts such as selling serial numbers, publishing supplements without authorization, changing the purpose of running a journal without authorization, changing or adding languages without authorization were found. During the inspection period, Tianjin Publications Quality Inspection Center actively cooperated with it to inspect the editing and printing quality of teaching AIDS in primary and secondary schools sold in the market in this city and published by publishing units in the spring of 20xx, and the qualified rate of more than 20 kinds of teaching AIDS was 100%. At the same time, the responsible comrades of the relevant offices of the Municipal Publishing Bureau and the publishing group visited the relevant units for supervision and on-site inspection many times, so that this work was promoted in a solid and orderly manner.
