Xia Wanjuan Cup is the highest-level hard-pen writing competition for primary and secondary schools sponsored by Calligraphy Newspaper. In some cases, it still has some value, but in the country, Lanting Cup is the main winner.
The "Huaxia Wanjuan Cup" National Young Calligraphers' General Mobilization Calligraphy Competition organized by Huaxia Wanjuan and China Newspaper Office adheres to the principle of exchange and learning. At the same time, activities such as writing and calligraphy teaching seminars for primary and secondary schools and composition exhibitions for primary and secondary school students are interspersed to cooperate with more calligraphers, calligraphy teachers, teenagers who like calligraphy and parents of students to promote the combination and blending of calligraphy and culture.
The contest was hosted by Calligraphy Newspaper, co-organized by Huaxia Wanjuan Culture Media Co., Ltd. and undertaken by the hard pen calligraphy editorial department of Calligraphy Newspaper.
Zhou Henghua, director of China Calligraphy Association and president and editor-in-chief of Calligraphy Newspaper, is the director of the organizing committee, and Yan Hainan, executive editor of Calligraphy Newspaper Hard Pen Calligraphy, is the secretary-general of the organizing committee.
