Male, Han nationality. A native of Xincai County, Henan Province. Born in December 1942. He joined the People's Liberation Army of China in 1959 and the Communist Party of China in 1961. In 1965, he transferred to the local government department to engage in leadership work. I have loved calligraphy, painting, literature and art since childhood. He has been copying the calligraphy styles of Wang Xizhi, Huai Su, Huang Tingjian, Yu Youren and Mao Zedong for a long time. He has been practicing and mastering them for decades. It has formed its own unique style. Its calligraphy works are majestic and simple in structure. They are both born out of tradition and have the flavor of the times. He is good at integrating Chinese culture into his works, and his creations are full of passion, lofty charm and profound feelings. Currently, he is the Honorary President and Lifelong Senior Academician of China International College; Vice President of China National Academy of Painting and Calligraphy; Chief Artist of UNESCO, and serves as Executive Member of UNESCO Art Committee; Honorary President and Visiting Professor of Taipei National Palace Museum of Calligraphy and Painting; Member of the Chinese Calligraphy Association; director of the China International Writers and Artists Association.
