Calligraphy works have participated in various exhibitions in Xinjiang, the Ministry of Railways and the whole country for many times and won prizes. Some works have been included in various albums or collected by some museums. /kloc-held a personal calligraphy exhibition in October, 1999, and edited and published "China Hard Pen Calligraphy Art Boutique" and "Li Banmu's Poems and Paintings Collection".
He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, a director of Xinjiang Calligraphers Association and an executive director of China Railway Calligraphers Association.
