(A) Constructivism teaching model.
1, from content to question. This principle is student-centered. What problems do students encounter in their work or life? Only by problem-oriented and helping students solve problems can the course be attractive and fully reflect its value.
2. From teaching to discussion. From simple lecture training to students' high participation, explore the answers to questions independently; In the process of training, the seminars among the trainees produced new viewpoints and angles. Trainers can also learn from each other in teaching.
3, from the answer of * * * knowledge. One person can't change another. Instead of giving answers directly, with the support of technical standards and models, students can complete the construction of new knowledge and skills through collaboration. This makes it easier to apply to practical work.
(2) The 6T rule of writing cases. Because the teaching process often needs to provide students with cases, but it is always irrelevant. Through the study of the writing case of the 6T rule, I have a clear train of thought and context.
(3) CSRP mode. Before studying, I always copy down the contents of books and work as a "porter". CSRP model can filter, classify and reconstruct the knowledge in the book, which is the beginning of real "transformation".
(4) Cooper learning circle. By internalizing the knowledge in the book, the contents of the book are sorted out by using Cooper's learning circle, from knowing why to knowing why; From learning theory to rebuilding a new system; From simple learners to users and practitioners.
(5) Five logics of structured design course. Logical curriculum design can make students clear the curriculum structure, facilitate memory, and make the lecturers clear.
Second, let me the most profound three knowledge points.
(1) Identify student types with DISC and adjust teaching methods. Facing different types of students, we should adjust teaching methods in time, use learning activities flexibly and organize courses effectively.
(2) How to internalize the knowledge in books. I read more than 40 books every year, but I don't do enough about the depth of the books and the relationship between them. Internalizing the three dimensions of knowledge will help me pay more attention to the extension of application and the depth of knowledge in my future study.
(3) Giate calligraphy. This method makes the "book" have clear steps and is very practical.
Three knowledge points that can be applied to my curriculum development
(A) how to turn the contents of the book into learning activities. I think this part is the most practical in curriculum development. There is a lot of knowledge in a book or a course, but how to make students interested in learning through activities has always been my concern. The design of four kinds of knowledge learning activities opened my eyes.
(2) refining craft calligraphy. Refining technology can not only be applied to cultural books, but also be an advanced technology for designing courses. Refining the general process into the general process is what moved me most about this course.
(C) AMD curriculum positioning. According to different teaching objects, what methods and tools should be used to improve students' operational ability is the "Tao" that a course should always follow. AMD model concisely summarizes this rule.
Fourthly, I will apply knowledge points to curriculum development in the following ways.
(1) According to the methods and laws learned this time, reorganize and prepare your own entrepreneurship training courses, and constantly improve and upgrade them in practice, so that students can gain more practical gains.
(2) Turn a book into a lesson every month and share it regularly, forcing "input" with "output" and accelerating the transformation of knowledge into application.
