Psychological research has found that whether people can meditate is closely related to the pace of life. If the pace of life is fast, people's heart rate will accelerate and their hearts will be difficult to calm down. On the contrary, if the pace of life slows down, the heart rate will tend to be normal, and the heart will not be quiet. Due to the decline of physiological functions, the ability of thinking reaction and the flexibility of limbs of the elderly have declined, so it is necessary for the elderly to live slowly. At the same time, when people are old, they have more time to themselves. They no longer need to grab time and seek speed. They can relax themselves well, arrange their time more comfortably, make their lives comfortable and comfortable, and naturally get a stable and peaceful effect.

3. If you want to be calm, you need to control your emotions. We all have this experience in our daily life. When we are emotionally stable, our hearts will be calm. And when we are in emotional ups and downs, we are uneasy. Therefore, the change of people's mood is closely related to whether the heart can be peaceful. The most disturbing and confusing things are those excessive emotions, such as great joy, great sorrow and great anger. In this state, people often say "my heart is pounding" and "my heart is about to jump out". It can be seen that excessive emotions have a great influence on the heart.
