In this round of epidemic, the genome sequencing of 1 1 COVID-19 has been completed in Changchun. The results showed that the viruses were all Omicron variants, which were highly homologous to the sequencing results of Jilin virus and presumed to be the same transmission chain.
Changchun is located in the north temperate zone in the mid-latitude of the northern hemisphere, in the middle of northeast China.
