Translation:
The thatched cottage is far away from the battlements, and the porch is spacious and overlooking, with no barriers and a wide field of vision. The river is clear and rising, almost flush with the bank, so the bank can hardly be seen. Around the thatched cottage, in the evening of spring, trees are lush and flowers are in full bloom. In the drizzle, the fish exulted and jumped out of the water from time to time. Swallows fly sideways in the breeze. There are100000 families in this city, but there are only two or three families here.
Notes on key points and difficulties: ① This poem was written in the second year of Shang Dynasty (76 1) and is the first one. Since last spring, the poet has settled in Huanhua River and run a thatched cottage, which has begun to take shape. Water sill refers to the sill of Shuige, from which you can look out and relax yourself. ② Go to Guoguo: Away from Guoguo. Xuan Ying: It refers to the building of the thatched cottage. Xuan, promenade; Tanya, a pillar. Open and cheerful. There is no village: because there is no village nearby, you can look far away. Credit: long and far. (4) Chengjiang sentence: clarify that the river is high and flat, and it is rare to see the shore. ⑤ Two sentences in the city: Comparing "100,000 households in the city" with "two or three households here", we can see that this place is very quiet. In the city, it means Chengdu.
Appreciation and inspiration:
This poem describes the scene in the evening breeze and drizzle, showing the quiet and beautiful environment, the poet's leisurely and quiet state of mind and his love for nature. "Fish comes out in the drizzle, and the swallow leans in the breeze" is a famous sentence that has been passed down all the time. Ye Mengde's Shi Lin Shi Hua said: "Don't use the language of poetry too skillfully. But the fate of things has its own natural beauty, such as Lao Du's' fish in the drizzle, swallow in the breeze', and this cross is almost empty. When drizzle touches water, fish often float. If it rains heavily, it won't come out Yan is light and weak, the wind is fierce, and the breeze is affected by the situation, so there is also a sentence of' light face inclining with the wind'. " It was because of the good rain that the fish swam to it happily. It is because of the weak wind that swallows flit across the sky lightly; Explain that the poet's words are implicit. "Chu" writes about the joy of fish, which is extremely natural; The Seven Laws describes the lightness of swallows, which makes Xiao come alive.
The whole poem has eight antithetical sentences. In the description, the distance is staggered, fine and natural. "It has its own natural craft and can't see its scratches." Every sentence of it describes the scenery, and every sentence has the meaning of "caring". After Du Fu settled in the thatched cottage, after his management, the garden area of the thatched cottage expanded and more trees were planted. Next to the Shuige, there is also a water sill for fishing and overlooking. After a long wandering life, the poet has a place to live. Facing the beautiful scenery, he couldn't help writing some small poems praising the natural scenery. This poem depicts the environment of the thatched cottage, but what is implied between the lines is the poet's leisurely mood and love for nature in spring.
