Liu Kezhuang (187-1269) was a poet, lyricist and poetry critic of the Southern Song Dynasty. The name is Qianfu and the name is Houcun. A native of Putian, Fujian. His first name was Zhuo, and his teacher was truly virtuous. Yiyin entered the officialdom and was granted a Jinshi background in 1246 AD (the sixth year of Chunyou). As an official, he served as Minister of the Ministry of Industry and concurrently as an attendant.
In his early years, he interacted with Weng Juan, Zhao Shixiu and others of the Yongjia Four Spirits School. His poetry creation was influenced by them. He learned from the late Tang Dynasty and produced exquisite carvings. Later, he found his own way and eulogized reality with poetry. He finally got rid of the influence of Si Ling and became more successful than other poets in the world.
A leader in the literary world in the late Song Dynasty and an important representative of the Xin School of poets, with a heroic and generous writing style. Among the Jianghu poets, he has the longest life span, the highest official position, and the greatest achievements. In his later years, he devoted himself to the creation of Ci Fu and put forward many innovative theories.
