Biography of the poet Amy Rochel

Imagist leaders and poetry activists in the contemporary American New Poetry Movement. She was born in a famous cultural family in New England, never married, and took poetry as her profession. Her early poems are orthodox and original. 19 13 She read imagist poems and immediately crossed to London to join Pound's team. She is a loyal and energetic woman. 19 14, she turned against pound and set up another hill to form the later Imagist. Then she gave speeches, published articles and debated everywhere, which eventually expanded the influence of Imagism and made Imagism a household name in the United States. At present, she is in a mediocre position in the history of literature, but she was known as the leader of the American New Poetry Movement before her death. Her poems lack originality, but some of them are excellent imagery poems.

Amy Rochel is crazy about oriental poetry. In her creation, she tried to combine imagism with oriental poetry style. Most of these works are collected in ukiyo-e paintings (19 19), including the famous group poem "Han". 1922, she published China's classical poem "Hua Song Jian" translated with Florence Esco, which promoted the new poetry movement at that time.

After Imagism broke up, Amy Rocher's poetic style began to turn. She tried other forms of poetry, but none of them were very successful. Amy Rochel is also committed to literary criticism, and her book Trends in Modern American Poetry (19 18) has played a certain role in promoting the American New Poetry Movement.
