Snow in high latitudes

"As time goes on, the load is getting bigger and bigger, but life is prompting you to start subtraction. But what can't be reduced is probably the favorite that I can't give up. Writing poetry may be one of the few' objects' I left for myself, if not the only one. " Mr. Bao, a famous poet, wrote this in the preface of his poetry collection Snow at High Latitude.

He believes that "the vicissitudes of the heart, but always looking for a way, often review the starting place, because it is pure." It is based on this view that Mr. Bao's poems have been retrograde along this route. This "perverse" retrogression is precisely the focus of his poetry, advocating nature and looking up at the soil.

Snow at High Latitude organically synthesizes 88 poems through the unique editing of winter volume, spring volume, summer volume and autumn volume, forming a colorful one-way poem that integrates homesickness and city, nature and human beings, longing and admiration, romance and melancholy.

2. Style of Bao's works

Mr. Bao's poems are steady, heavy, original and thoughtful. The application of pluralistic philosophy plays a key role for readers to reflect on society and alert themselves. Although, "I left writing, in my heart." The poet said, "These frequencies are connected, weaving into a thin thread of life, trembling and dripping crystal water, so that the spiritual desert that wants to dry up can capture the glory of life."

Not long ago, I read his masterpiece Spontaneous Combustion and his introspection and expression in the column of Youth Review in September 2020, with the label "Bosch". The poet's Spontaneous Combustion is a representative of a person who breaks through the tight encirclement and tries to do subtraction.

This spontaneous combustion with obvious resistance is essentially the most meaningful implication and symbol of high-latitude snow under the action of nature and in the ancient homesickness. However, Mr. Lin Xuan's poems always express the feelings of life from the inside out.
