How to do palindromes?

When I do palindromes, I pay attention to rhythm and sentence breaks. The focus is on the structure of the first sentence and the third sentence.

That is to say, first of all, the middle word of the seven words in the first and third sentences, that is, the fourth word, must form a word with the first three words, and the last three words can also form a word. For example, the word "go" in "Go to Ma Rufei with flowers" can be used as a word, and it can also be used as a word in "Go to Ma Rufei". The word "wake up when drunk" can form "wake up when drunk" with the first three words and "wake up at dusk" with the last three words.

Secondly, the third word of the first sentence and the third sentence must have the same rhyme as the poem. Such as "return", "micro" and "fly"

Finally, once you have the skills, you need some thinking.

Attached below is a poem I wrote:

Falling flowers and leaves promote cold, and falling leaves promote cold.

The heart is unwilling to sigh in autumn, and autumn often sighs.
