Psalm 62:3-6 David expressed his feelings to God and strengthened his faith again. Prayer can help us release the tension under emotional pressure. We believe that God is our rock, salvation and high platform (62:2), and God will change our whole view of life. When others hurt us, we will no longer be slaves of anger. When we rely on the power of God, nothing can shake us.

Psalm 62:9- 12 People like to measure their value by honor, power, wealth or privilege. We even think that people who own these things are very important. But by God's standards, these people are just "exhaled breath". What can tilt God's scales to our side? That is to believe in God and work for God (62: 12).
