Two satirical poems "Sudan" and "The Cause of God" exposed the insidious cruelty of the Turkish rulers. Lyrics such as Motherland express the poet's love for the motherland. Love poems such as Crying, Love and Hope express the poet's pure feelings of pursuing a happy life and faithful love.
