God is not my feeling-Poetry of Ascension (6)

Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which will never be shaken.

As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds his people from now on and forever.

The rod of the wicked does not necessarily fall on the portion of the righteous, lest the righteous stretch out his hand to do evil.

Be kind, O LORD, to those who are kind and upright in heart.

As for those who take the crooked road, the Lord will take them away with the evildoers.

May peace come to Israel.

? -Psalm 125

My mood, my feeling is often like a thermometer, rising and falling with the temperature.

I woke up this morning, feeling energetic and enjoying the sunshine happily; However, the next day, I was totally embarassed, depressed and depressed. Never waver? For me, nothing is more unreal. I am easily shaken: sadness, happiness, success, failure, fear, doubt, honesty in the face of those distressing insecurities may shake me, and often shake me.

In many things, our feelings are really important. Feeling is indispensable and valuable. It lets us know the real thing, but it is almost useless to know God or my relationship with God. What kind of god doesn't come from my feelings. When I discover the truth of God, I should learn not to live by my feelings about God, but by the facts about God.

If I break my leg, I am still me. When my confidence is broken because of my broken leg, or when I feel hurt, God will not abandon me or refuse me. God is always God; Even if we break our word, he is still trustworthy, because he will not betray himself. I can't live by feeling, because I am suspicious, unstable and fickle.

This poem declares that God's people can rely on the unchanging, safe and stable God, not by grasping themselves, but by believing that God is sure of me. At the beginning of this poem, it is said that "people who rely on the Lord"-not those who rely on behavior, morality, self-righteousness, doctors, the economy and the management of the country-are "people who rely on God" and rely on me as a people of God.

Psalm 125 tells us that people who trust in God are like sitting in the center of Jerusalem, safe and secure. First we are built, then we dig trenches; After we settled down, we sent sentries to guard: we were built into a mountain, which seemed to be protected by it. Then, God said to us, "Hey, relax."

The Covenant is made by God, who guarantees the result. No matter how bad the external environment is, I still sing, unshakable, unshakable!
