Thoughts on reading Journey to the West [4]

The first part: Journey to the West.

During the summer vacation, I read The Journey to the West, one of the four classical novels in ancient China, and benefited a lot. The content of Journey to the West is rich and colorful, the characters are vivid and full of charm. I was deeply impressed by the twists and turns in the book and the bizarre experiences of four Tang Priests.

The author tells the story that the Tang Priest, his master and his disciples went through difficulties and obstacles, exorcised demons, and finally got the true scriptures after eighty-one difficulties. It is this bizarre story that won the hearts of readers and became an immortal story.

There are four distinct characters in The Journey to the West. One is the Tang Priest, who is kind and sincere to the Buddha. Second, the Monkey King is bold, full of wisdom and omnipotent. The third is Pig Bajie, simple and lovely, greedy and lustful, but there is no lack of kindness. The fourth is the sand monk, honest and content with his fate. The four characters have their own characteristics and different personalities, which form a sharp contrast. This is the most vivid and vivid character described by the author, from which I have gained a lot of feelings about describing characters. Got a lot of inspiration.

Perhaps it is because the author is good at portraying characters, and I like the Monkey King in the book best, because he has great magical powers and superb skills. He successfully protected Tang Priest on the road and became an omnipotent hero in my mind. I admire his wisdom and courage against powerful masterpieces. In the book, Tang Priest and his disciples finally achieved their goal after eighty-one difficulties.

I think of their persistence, perseverance in spite of difficulties, indomitable spirit in the face of difficulties. Today, we are at a critical moment in our study. We should treat our study with the persistence of the four Tang Priests in Journey to the West, the indomitable spirit and the indomitable spirit in the face of difficulties. We will also achieve something.

The Journey to the West is not only a famous book, but also a good book that can inspire us to advance despite difficulties from another angle. Here, I tell young readers that when reading, they should understand the meaning and moral of the book, don't indulge in the stories in the book, and read the book alive and clearly.

The second part: the experience of reading The Journey to the West.

Turning to the journey to the west always feels different. It is the most vivid of the four classical novels. When I was a child, I always felt very enjoyable and interesting. But today, what remains unchanged is the bizarre and colorful mythical world, but my understanding has changed. Journey to the West has created a magical and gorgeous mythical world with strong artistic charm. In heaven and earth, in the Dragon Palace and in the underworld, there is a vast world for people to move around, and they can freely give full play to their superhuman skills. The plot is vivid, fantastic and tortuous, showing rich and bold artistic imagination. It can be said that The Journey to the West is the novel that best reflects the rich imagination of our nation, and it is also the ancient novel closest to children's literature. The main figures are: Tang Priest, commonly known as Chen, nickname and Sanzang, who was originally the reincarnation of the second disciple of Buddha, and Tang Priest belongs to the Buddhist school. The Monkey King, also known as Monkey King and Monkey King, is known as the Great Sage of Qitian and the Stone Monkey of Huaguoshan. He has the ability to change seventy-two. Later, he made a scene in the Heavenly Palace and was suppressed by the Tathagata Buddha at the foot of Wuxing Mountain. Five hundred years later, he was rescued by the Tang Priest and went to the Western Heaven for Buddhist scriptures.

The third part: the experience of reading The Journey to the West.

The Journey to the West tells the adventure story of four Tang Priests and apprentices who went to the West to learn from the scriptures. They must overcome the 81 difficulties in order to get the classics smoothly and benefit all beings. On the way to learn the scriptures, monsters will make things difficult for them everywhere, and difficulties and obstacles will always accompany them. What made them finally overcome everything and get the truth? Unity! It is the unity of four people that unites them, and it is the fusion of four forces that makes them face difficulties bravely and overcome many difficulties. As the saying goes, "Unity is strength", isn't Journey to the West a profound interpretation of this sentence?

Someone once said, "How can a drop of water not dry up? Into the sea. Only when it melts into the sea will the water flow forever. " Tang Priest's mentoring is the embodiment of unity, which enables them to overcome all difficulties. Shouldn't we? In our study and life, we don't need unity all the time. When COVID-19 was rampant, the most beautiful retrograde people were men and women; There are old people and young people who have just joined the work; There are people's soldiers; There are angels in white, construction workers and researchers ... with different genders, ages and occupations, but they are all willing to give up the reunion with their families, forget the terrible COVID-19, stand up when the motherland needs them, unite as one, unite as one and control the epidemic quickly. As people often say, "In places where there is no time to be quiet, there is only someone to carry the load for you." These most beautiful retrograde people wrote "Unity is strength" with their own practical actions.

The Journey to the West showed me the strength and importance of unity. Tang Priest and his disciples taught me that only by stressing unity can we succeed. But is this the only reason?

I believe that anyone who has seen The Journey to the West will be deeply impressed by the story of "Monkey King Thrice Defeats the Skeleton Demon". Three times in vain, he succeeded in deceiving Tang Priest, Pig and Friar Sand, but he failed to deceive the Monkey King's critical eyes. The Monkey King fought for everyone, for life and for justice, but he was driven away. I believe that at the moment when the Monkey King left with grievances, there must be many people who were shocked, angry and sad. I am one of them.

I am a hard-working person, but since I was a child, every time I saw the Monkey King leave, I couldn't help feeling lost and sad. My heart is full of anger towards Tang Priest, hatred of dialogue and sympathy for the Monkey King. Now, I have grown up. From this chapter, I understand a truth: seeing may not be believing.

In the face of these complicated things, we should not only look at the superficial phenomena, but also look at the essence through the phenomena. Believe in science and truth. You know, any lie will expose itself in front of science, and any deception will expose itself in front of science. Let's look at things rationally and calmly, then I firmly believe that everyone will stay away from hypocrisy and deception.

The Journey to the West showed me the truth and lies in real life, and Monkey King Thrice Defeats the Skeleton Demon taught me to see the essence of things through phenomena.

Chapter four: The experience of reading The Journey to the West.

In The Journey to the West, Mr. Wu Cheng'en explained a colorful imaginary world to people in a romantic way, and showed many story characters with distinctive personalities, such as the Monkey King, who was witty and brave, and Tang Priest, who was cowardly by nature ... Every time he read it, he got different gains. This time, I want to share my four feelings about reading Journey to the West from the perspective of success, hoping to inspire and help children's future growth.

First, a person must have "firm ideals and beliefs" if he wants to succeed. The Journey to the West team has the ideal and belief of "seeking truth from the scriptures" and "spreading Buddhism", and has always insisted on it, and finally "seeking truth from the scriptures" and "making a positive result". From this, I thought of the 25,000-mile long March of "the revolutionary ideal is greater than the sky" and the revolutionary martyrs who struggled for the cause of * * * all their lives. It is precisely because they have firm ideals and beliefs, worked hard for them, and even sacrificed their lives that they finally won the victory of the China Revolution and achieved fruitful results in socialist modernization. I believe everyone is familiar with Mr. Liang Qichao's "young chinese Theory" and Premier Zhou's phrase "Study for the Rise of China". I hope that children can strengthen their ideals and beliefs from an early age and strive to be a useful person to society.

Second, if a person wants to succeed, he must have "excellent personal ability". The Monkey King in Journey to the West has a good habit: once you set your goal, you should act immediately without delay. Starting from "looking for the way to live forever", he left Guo Huashan and went to Sanxing Cave in Xieyue, where he devoted himself to seeking the holy way of becoming immortal, and learned "seventy-two changes" and "somersault cloud". Eventually, "three worlds are known" and at the same time, the wildness gradually converged, the hostility gradually disappeared, and his willpower and endurance increased day by day, eventually becoming "fighting against Buddha". If everyone wants to improve their skills, they must first study hard, learn knowledge well, improve their ability and quality, and become a leader in the industry and a pillar of the country by their own efforts in the future.

Third, if a person wants to succeed, he must have the courage to overcome difficulties. On the Journey to the West, two men, Master and Apprentice, crossed thousands of waters in Qian Shan, crossed numerous ravines and traveled on Wan Li Road, and experienced eighty-one difficulties. The road is long, and they are not discouraged; The water is boundless, and they are not disappointed; There are many demons and they are not timid. Their tenacity, persistence, perseverance and courage to overcome difficulties are worth learning. Everyone will encounter difficulties in study and life. We must firmly believe that setbacks and difficulties can be overcome. As long as we use our brains and make unremitting efforts, we will certainly make progress and success!

Fourth, if one wants to succeed, one must have the spirit of unity and cooperation. The four mentors and apprentices in Journey to the West supported each other all the way, learned from each other's strengths, United and cooperated, helped each other in the same boat, and finally achieved win-win cooperation. Their four personality characteristics are distinct, and each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Everyone is not perfect, but they have the same goal, can unite and cooperate, and finally complete an important task that a single person can't complete. Each of us is a member of society, collective, family, etc. And we should also have a sense of collective honor. We should always focus on the overall situation, put righteousness first, unite our classmates, help others and cooperate with each other, so that we can go further in the future.
