What does this poem mean?

This is the "Haze Map of Wan Ren" drawn by Zhang during the Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty. This poem is:

Forgetting to seize the day, the clouds breathe in and out, flying to Wan Ren Mountain in spring, and sending rain in four seasons. This is a letter addressed to his aunt on her 70th birthday.

Keeping simple means keeping a simple nature, which is a Taoist concept, similar to meditation. It is easy to forget the morning and evening, that is, I am too focused on guarding the garden and forget the time (morning and evening: morning and evening). There are two kinds of haze in ancient times, one is natural haze, which is usually fog, and the other is artificial smoke. Here an alchemist may also produce haze. Self-breathing means inhaling and spitting, or at best, it is freely looming. Flying to Wan Ren Mountain in spring, the mowing of Wan Ren Mountain is an ancient unit of length, and one mowing is equivalent to seven or eight feet. Therefore, Wan Ren Mountain refers to a very high mountain, and spring flight refers to the spring water flying down from the mountain, which refers to the hanging waterfall. In the last sentence, the four seasons are a basic concept in China's ancient calendar system, which is the popular four seasons now. Wind transmission personifies wind and takes rain as a style.

Therefore, the whole poem can be understood as follows: when you forget to keep the garden (meditation), the fog in the mountain (I think this is more likely) appears and disappears for a while, the spring water flies down from the mountain, and even the wind sends the rain of the four seasons as a companion. There must be some exaggeration here. )
