Yu Zihan, whose real name is Yu Jian, was born in the 1960s. He is a Tujia nationality and a native of Yanhe, Guizhou. He is a member of the Chinese Writers Association, a member of the Chinese Poetry Society, a member of the Chinese Prose Society, a director of the Chinese Prose Poetry Research Association, and a member of Guizhou Province. Member of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Vice Chairman of the Guizhou Provincial Writers Association, Executive Director of the Guizhou Provincial Writing Society, Vice President of the Guizhou Prose and Poetry Society, Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Guizhou University for Nationalities, Professor of the School of Communication and Master Tutor of the School of Liberal Arts of Guizhou University for Nationalities.
