Psalm 1 Daily Reading I want to be a tree planted by a stream.

I believe hymns are books that everyone likes very much! Beautiful poems are full of rich feelings for God and comfort us at the same time. The name of the psalm in the Hebrew Bible is "Hymns", with a total of 150. When people think of poetry, they naturally associate the author with David. But in fact, poetry is a collection of works by several authors! Signed authors include David, Asaph, descendants of Korah, Solomon, and Moses, Seaman and Ethan. There are 100 signed works, and the remaining 50 are unsigned, but I believe most of them were written by David, whose works account for more than half of the book.

The first article we are going to read today is an unsigned poem. The wisdom it brings can be said to be the introduction and general outline of the whole poem! Let's read the first hymn together!

1. Don't follow the wicked's schemes, don't stand on the path of sinners, and don't sit on the seat of a mocker.

2. Blessed is the man who loves the law of the Lord and thinks day and night.

He should be like a tree planted by a stream, and when the time comes, it will bear fruit and its leaves will not wither. Everything he did went smoothly.

The wicked are not like this, but like chaff scattered by the wind.

5. So when the trial, the wicked will not stand; So are sinners in the assembly of the righteous.

6. Because the Lord knows the way of the righteous, the way of the wicked will also perish.

"Blessed is the man who loves the law of the LORD and meditates day and night!" (Psalm 1:2)

Thank god! He told us the most important core of faith from the beginning. If we love God and obey God's will, our life will never be thirsty, and we will naturally bear beautiful fruit in due course, rich and blessed. Even if there are occasional storms, people with firm beliefs will be firmly rooted in God's love and stand firm.

Dear friends, some short passages in the poem can change our lives. Encourage you, you can take some time to recite, the whole article or a short paragraph is very good, you can think anytime, anywhere! I believe that when you need it, God will use these words to lead you forward!

Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for leading me to read the psalm! I want to love your words, which are rooted in your mind. Pray in the holy name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
