Tang Dynasty: Bai Juyi
The low-flowered trees reflect the small makeup building, and the spring scenery enters the eyebrows at two o'clock. ?
Lean against the fence and make a parrot's back, thinking about what not to look back.
Creation background
This poem was written in the spring of the third year of Daiwa (829). At this time, the court eunuchs became increasingly arrogant, and Bai Juyi's good friend and prime minister Wei Chuhou had passed away. Li Zongmin colluded with eunuchs to become prime minister, and his political opponent Wang Ya was appointed as Taichangqing of Shannan West Road in the first month of this year. So it was the spring of 2008, which was a very unpleasant season for the author. The sudden blow to Bai Juyi's official career made him fall into a boudoir, but he expressed his anger and disappointment in this situation so euphemistically, which was exactly what the feudal literati advocated, so he wrote this poem.

Two Spring Poems
Tang Dynasty: Changjian
Willow, miscellaneous flowers hang down.
The sun is high and red, and it is too late to lean on spring.
I'd rather know that I am surrounded by water and gold.
I'm a stranger to mulberries, and the south branch is in Beitang.
Beauty came out of the golden ladder with a basket in her hand.
Not afraid of silkworm hunger, but afraid of suburban roadside.
