Who knows Yuan Mu?

Yuan Mu, a native of Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, was admitted to the Fine Arts Department of Nanjing Normal University in the early 1980s to study Chinese painting. After graduation, he was recommended as a master's student. After graduating from graduate school in the late 1980s, he was assigned to the Textile Art Branch of Suzhou Silk Vocational and Technical College (now the Art College of Suzhou University) to teach. He is currently a member of Jiangsu Artists Association, a member of Jiangsu Flower-and-Bird Painting Research Association, a consultant of Canada's "Yixian Poetry Society", the secretary-general of Suzhou Flower-and-Bird Painting Research Association, an associate professor of Suzhou University Art College, and a master tutor.

Yuan Mu has been engaged in the creation and theoretical research of Chinese painting for a long time. His works have been exhibited in the United States, German, Japanese, Singaporean, Korean, Hongkong, Taiwan Province and other countries and regions for many times. In February 2005, at the invitation of the Bavarian Ministry of Culture and Education, he went to Germany for a three-week lecture and held two solo exhibitions in Munich and Degendorf, both of which were collected by German friends. Yuan Mu's Chinese paintings pay attention to artistic conception and pursue poetry, and skillfully integrate China's traditional humanistic spirit into the aesthetic taste of the times with modern painting language. His works are deeply loved by Chinese and foreign friends. Former US President Bush collected a photo of a cat and butterfly at 1982. JAMA in the United States, art and decoration in China, Jiangsu Pictorial, Art Fair and professional art magazines in Hong Kong and Singapore also made many introductions. In addition to painting creation, there are some theoretical studies. 1994 Shanghai People's Fine Arts Publishing House published the monograph "Special Effects and Texture of meticulous flower-and-bird painting"; 200 1 1 Anhui Fine Arts Publishing House published a monograph "Special Expression Techniques of Fine brushwork flowers and birds"; From June 5438 to February 2002, Shandong Pictorial Publishing House published "Yuan Mu's Painting Collection"; In 2003, China Textile Publishing House published the monograph "Flower-and-Bird Painting Techniques", and at the same time published dozens of papers. Achievements and names are collected by many confidants. In July 2004, the website "Yuan Mu Poetry and Painting" (www.yuanmuart.tom) was established, which opened a new window for the study of poetry and painting.
