That poem is "Standing Guard", which is a poem written by Apollinaire (1880-1918).
Original text:
I miss you all the time while standing guard, my Lulu,
The stars are blinking, and I can see your eyes.
The whole sky is your body, formed in my intense desire.
The strong wind blows, making my desire even more intense.
The strong wind blows from all directions, and a soldier in the middle is meditating.
My love, I don’t know what it feels like to be separated.
You don’t know that separation tortures people to death.
Every hour that passes, endless pain increases.
As the sun sets, people begin to suffer.
As night falls, the pain doubles.
I hope that in memories, love can rejuvenate people
Make people more beautiful until the memories gradually fade away.
My love, one day you will become an old man,
Recalling the past is like a hunter blowing his horn in the wind.
Oh, the night is passing by, oh, how heavy my rifle is.
