Flower Poetry (Song Dynasty)

On the platform of Yao,

A few phone calls to the children won't sweep away.

Just got cleaned by the sun,

But to teach the moon to send the future.

The flower shadow on the pavilion is layer after layer. Let the children clean it several times, but what does the flower shadow sweep away? In the evening, the sun went down, and Huaying just retired, but the moon rose again and Huaying appeared again.

Huaying was originally beautiful, why is the poet so annoying? It turns out that the poet used allegorical techniques to compare the overlapping flower shadows to the villains in high positions in the imperial court. No matter how hard honest courtiers try, they can't be removed. They went to a batch and came back. This poem reflects the poet's hatred of evil, but it also reveals a helpless mood. The whole poem is ingenious and subtle, with novel and appropriate metaphors and easy-to-understand language.

This poem revolves around the word "change" from beginning to end. The change of writing shadow is the change of light, and the change of writing light is the change of shadow. The first sentence "Go to Yaotai" is the action of writing shadows, implying the action of light. Why use "up" instead of "down", because the red sun is gradually sinking in the west. The second sentence "can't sweep away the light" indirectly illustrates the immobility of light. The light does not move, and the shadow does not move. You can't just "sweep away" by sweeping vertically. Three or four sentences, a "receive" and a "send", are the changes of writing light, which leads to the changes of a "go" and a "come" shadow.
