With the development of the times, computers and networks are no longer strange to us. But I remember when I first came into contact with a computer, I thought it was just a game machine.

It was when I was nine years old, my father and I went to my uncle's house in Incheon to pay a New Year call. My cousin took me to an Internet cafe. There were many people sitting in a small room. The noisy sound attracted me to a computer. The screen shows a battlefield with small planes and tanks shuttling back and forth. My cousin said they were playing a game called StarCraft and asked me if I could play. I shook my head. After that, I saw many brothers playing various games. For a while, I thought computers were game machines.

In the third grade, the school opened a computer class. Through learning, I realized that games are only a very small part of the use of computers, and the functions of computers are so powerful that my former self was simply a frog in the well. Slowly, I began to get in touch with the internet and learned about surfing the internet, QQ chat, online database and so on. I am amazed at the convenience and speed of the Internet. Knowing what's going on in the world without going out, it's really great to read thousands of books with the mouse!

Since then, as long as I have the opportunity to surf the Internet, I will consult all kinds of materials, search for books that teachers want us to read, absorb all kinds of knowledge crazily, and at the same time increase my "show off" capital among my classmates. In addition, with the help of my teacher, I learned to make electronic greeting cards and give them to my teacher as holiday gifts on Teacher's Day.

While experiencing the fun of surfing the internet, I gradually found that computer plus network is a "double-edged sword". In order not to indulge myself in it, I summed up some experiences: first, don't take the internet or video games as a spiritual sustenance, but learn more useful knowledge through the internet, constantly enrich yourself and broaden your horizons; Secondly, we must control the time of surfing the Internet for no more than one hour at a time, otherwise it will affect our eyesight and be harmful to our health. If I can do this, I believe that with the help of the Internet, I will be able to "go further".
