Wash the mugwort and blanch it with water. When blanching, you can add a little lime water to remove the bitter taste. If you don't add it, just wash it a few times and it won't be a big problem. Then add some water and grind it with a household blender to get mugwort juice. Mix glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour at a ratio of 3:1, add mugwort juice and mix into a dough, then add bean paste filling and wrap into fist-sized dumplings. Note, it's a child's fist, not the fist of the little mouth. The last step is to steam over high heat. After steaming, let the green dumplings cool before eating.
