Song Xiaojie, pen name is Sa Sa. female. A native of Panjin, Liaoning. He once served as editor of Enterprise Newspaper and chief editor of poetry publication. Currently, he is the director of the Creative Development Department of the Panjin Federation of Literary and Art Circles, secretary-general of the Municipal Writers Association, and a contracted writer with the Liaoning Provincial Writers Association. Started publishing works at the age of 17. Joined the Chinese Writers Association in 2002.
