On the Ideological and Artistic Features of Du Fu's Poems

A high degree of patriotism is a major feature of Du Fu's realistic poetry, which has played a positive educational role not only in the history of literature, but also in history. Patriotic poets Lu You and Wen Tianxiang were deeply influenced by Du Fu.

The reality is complicated. In order to fully reflect the reality, Du Fu mastered and used all the poetic styles at that time, creatively played the functions of various poetic styles, and set an example for various poetic styles. Poetry is almost omnipotent in Du Fu's hands. He writes biographies, travel notes, autobiographies, musical instruments, books, fables and comments on poems with poems. In short, whatever others write in prose can be written in the form of poetry. The impact in this respect is also great. As far as the Seven Laws are concerned, Du Fu used to praise or entertain, but he used it to reflect people's livelihood and state affairs and became a weapon of irony.

In order to vividly and truly reflect social life, Du Fu also showed many methods for future generations in expression techniques. If we learn to use dialogue and spoken language in folk songs, we will greatly improve the expressive force of poetry and the position of common sayings in poetry, and make poetry closer to life and people.

Han Yu put it well: Du Li's article is in full swing? . Indeed, we cannot but be proud of these two great poets who appeared at the same time in the history of China literature. Especially when it comes to realism, how can we not be relished by Du Fu's poems?
