Wei Jiang and Jia died for their country.

A brief explanation of a sentence

Problem Solving: In order to seize power, Wu Zetian killed many royal families in the Tang Dynasty, including Prince Li Hong, Li Xian and grandson Li Chongrun. Many ministers imitated Wu's cruelty in order to be loyal to him. The author was very angry at this cruel and treacherous wind, so he wrote this allegorical poem. Courage: During the Warring States Period, Yang Yue, the general of Wei State, went to attack Zhongshan State. King Zhongshan killed Yang Le's son, cooked it into broth and sent it to Yang Le. Yang Le drank a cup of his son's broth to show his loyalty to Wei. Martyrdom: to maintain and pursue at the cost of life. Military merit: Military merit. Bo: It's worthless. Item: the division of princes and kings in the Warring States period. Muntjac: Deer. Release muntjac: refers to Qin Xiba. He is the bodyguard of Sun Meng, the king of Zhongshan. Sun Meng shot a deer and asked Qin Xiba to take it back. The doe followed all the way, whining. Qin Xiba could not bear to let the deer go.

A series of poems

Yang Le is the general of Wei.

I have the heart to eat my son's broth for greed.

I don't care about my own blood,

How can such a person be loyal to others?

Qin Xiba released deer without authorization,

But he was unexpectedly promoted to the teacher of the prince.

Compassion for lonely animals,

Except the king, he will serve faithfully.

meaning

Loyalty, friendship, and even all the communication between people in the world must come from sincerity and kindness in order to last. Both Wei Wenhou and Zhongshan Jun know this. Wei Wenhou rewarded Yang Le for his meritorious military service, but he didn't value him, fearing that he, a man who can eat his son's meat, was cruel in nature and would ruin state affairs in the future. Qin Xiba released Zhongshan Jun's prey without authorization. Sun Zhongjun didn't blame him, but promoted him to be his son's teacher to educate the future monarch, because he released the deer out of kindness and without any selfishness. I would rather offend the monarch than be punished for the good thoughts in my heart. This kind of talent is reliable.

With the corruption of society and the degeneration of human nature, many rulers can only win people's hearts with fame and fortune. What's more, it aims at bribing social scum and even prison criminals with petty profits to hurt good people with good intentions. Isn't this blatantly killing people's sincerity and kindness and accelerating social corruption?
