Liang Shangquan (1931.6-), male, Han nationality, a member of the Communist Party of China, his ancestral home is Yamen Village, Beishan Township, Tongchuan District, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province (formerly Beishan Township, Daxian County, renamed in 2013). In 1950, he joined the army just before graduating from Daxian Senior High School. He also served in Sichuan Province and Chongqing Vice Chairman of the Municipal Writers Association, first-level literary creation. Liu Hongkai (1951-), male, Han nationality, a member of the Communist Party of China, his ancestral home is Shentan Village, Beishan Township, Tongchuan District, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province. He joined the army in 1969 and served successively as a soldier of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, deputy section chief of the training section of the 2nd Army Division Headquarters, chief of staff of the 5th Infantry Regiment, commander of the 4th Infantry Regiment, and division chief of staff. In 1996, he was appointed commander of the Armed Police Force. In 2001, he served as deputy director of the Armed Police Command College. In 2001, he served as the commander-in-chief of the Liaoning Provincial Armed Police Corps. In 2004, he was appointed as the commander-in-chief of the Shaanxi Provincial Armed Police Corps. In 2006, he was appointed the commander-in-chief of the Shanghai Armed Police Corps and the deputy commander-in-chief of the Shanghai World Expo Security Headquarters. Retired in 2010. Deng Chengbin (1967.6-) male, Han nationality, pen name Woodcutter, Long Ming, a member of the Communist Party of China, his ancestral home is Beishan Township, Tongchuan District, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province. Former member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Culture and Sports Bureau (Press, Publication and Copyright Bureau) of Daxian County, Sichuan. He is a member of China Music Copyright Association, Sichuan Writers Association, Sichuan Musicians Association, Sichuan Mass Culture Society, member of Dazhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and vice chairman of Dazhou Musicians Association. In 2009, he started working at the Shapingba District Library in Chongqing.
Liang Mang (1968-), male, was drafted into the army in 1989. He has served as a professional writer in the Chengdu Military Region Zhanqi Song and Dance Ensemble and the Sichuan Provincial Song and Dance Theater creative room. Started publishing works in 1981. He is the author of poetry collections such as "Sea of ??Lights and Sea of ??Stars", "Kite and Dove", "Love with Flowers", etc. Some of his poems were selected into the fourth volume of the high school Chinese textbook. His works have won several awards at the national, provincial and municipal levels. His representative works are "Salvation", "I Only Like You" and "Eternity". The theme song "Brothers" of the movie "Assembly" written by him has just spread throughout China. He once wrote the lyrics for the theme song of Feng Xiaogang's "If You Are the One". The two theme songs "Most" and "Invincible No. 1" in the popular TV series "Ugly Girl" on Hunan Satellite TV have the lyrics written by Liang Mang. He has also written theme songs or ending song lyrics for well-known TV series such as "Love in the Aegean Sea", "The Last Princess", "Black Ice", and "Pink".
