From a poem "Far Morning Altar" written by an anonymous person in Han Dynasty.
Original text:
Distant Altair
Han Anonymous
Distant Altair, Jiao Jiao Hehan girl.
Skillful hands, make a loom.
There is no chapter all day, and tears are pouring down.
What's the difference between a clear river and a shallow one?
Between water and water, there are no words.
Interpretation of vernacular:
Distant and bright Altair, bright and distant Vega.
The weaver girl is waving her long white hands, and the loom keeps ringing.
Because of lovesickness, she couldn't weave any patterns all day, and tears scattered all over the floor like rain.
Just across the clear and shallow Milky Way, the boundaries of the two phases are not far from each other.
Across the clear and shallow banks of the Milky Way, they stared at each other silently.
Extended data:
Folk stories about Petunia and Weaver Girl have been recorded in China for a long time. Cao Pi's Ge Yanxing, Cao Zhi's Luo Shen Fu and Jiu Yong all recorded the love story of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl, while All the way to the Cowherd and the Star was written according to the story of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl in the early decades of Di Xian 'an in the late Han Dynasty.
