Su Shi's poems are required to be read horizontally and vertically.

Su Dongpo of Tijinshan Temple

Tide inclines with dark snow-capped mountains, and fishing boats catch the moon far away.

The pine path from the bridge to the temple gate is small, and the sill is as bright as the spring eye of shi bo.

The trees are green and the river is dawn all the way, and the fog is red and the sunshine is good in the evening.

Looking ahead, the clouds meet the water, and the blue peaks are thousands of gulls.

Read backwards:

There are thousands of light gulls, and the water meets clouds and smoke, looking in all directions.

Sunny, red sunset, green trees in Xiaotian River.

Qingbo Shiyanquan is the sill, and the path Songmen Temple faces the bridge.

Fishing in the bright moon, fishing far away, mountains and rivers and snow waves darken with the tide.
