Overview of Anbang River National Wetland Park
Anbang River Wetland Nature Reserve is one of the most intact, representative and typical primitive wetlands in Sanjiang Plain. There are large areas of reed marshes and Carex angustifolia wetlands in nature reserves, and various wetland environments provide good living conditions for vertebrates. Anbang River Wetland is a gene bank of biological resources, with many rare animals and rich biodiversity. In 2004, it was rated as AAA scenic spot, and 20 1 1 was rated as national AAAA scenic spot. It is the first and only national AAAA scenic spot in Shuangyashan City, which fills the gap that Shuangyashan City has no 4A scenic spot. On June 20110, it was officially approved as the first batch of national wetland parks in China, which is the only 12 national wetland parks in China. There are 403 species of vascular plants and 2 18 species of vertebrates in the nature reserve, including 3 species of red-crowned cranes, white cranes and Hei He, 0/6 species of national second-class protected animals, 6 species of amphibians, 0/65 species of birds and 7 species of mammals. A large number of waterfowl inhabit here every year. More than 40 red-crowned cranes were recorded in September of 20001* *, and the largest population was 12. In September 2002, it was recorded that 94 white spoonbills, 2 oriental white zygomatic birds and thousands of geese and ducks settled in the Anbang River wetland.
