The first is a healthy work and rest.
Health is the premise of experiencing everything beautiful. Get enough sleep, don't stay up late, don't sleep, run 3 ~ 5 kilometers 3 ~ 4 times a week to ensure good health and relative energy.
Second, continue to devote yourself to what you love.
Fight against the natural decline of the body with a young mental attitude. Forget your age, keep loving, choose one thing to focus deeply, or rediscover the dream that ran aground when you were young, pursue freely, continue to glow and find a state and lifestyle that suits you.
I think my ideal is reading and writing. There are so many good books that I have no time to read them carefully because of my busy work. After retirement, it is a rare opportunity to record your thoughts and feelings and share them with more people. Recall the fleeting time, write down the truest past in words, leave some stories and marks, and tell the world: I have been here.
Occasionally, I travel to a strange place, instead of rushing to punch in and drifting away like I did when I was young, I slowly settle down, integrate into local life, and feel different customs and folk culture.
This is the ideal retirement life.
