How to learn to become a qualified or even excellent teacher quickly?
First, we should be fully prepared psychologically.
The education is very poor. While insisting on increasing revenue and reducing expenditure, we should firmly believe that teachers will definitely become an enviable profession.

Homework must be arranged layer by layer. Some students write more than 30 words a minute, and some can only write five or six words a minute, so some students may finish their homework in half an hour, and some need two or three hours. Five, participate in class management
