3, line inspection work should be held by personnel with power line work experience. Newcomers are not allowed to patrol the line alone; The line inspection must be carried out by two people. During working hours, line patrol personnel must wear correct labor protection articles and hold high-voltage special operation certificates.
4. In general, the line inspection should be carried out along the outside of the line; The windy patrol line should advance in front of the wind along the line to prevent it from touching the broken conductor.
5, accident patrol line should always think that the line is charged, even if you know that the line has a power outage, you should also think that the line has the possibility of restoring power supply at any time.
6. When the line patrol personnel find that the conductor is broken on the ground or suspended in the air, they should try to prevent pedestrians from approaching the disconnection site within 8m, and report to the leader in time for handling.
7. The line inspector must be familiar with the position and line direction of the inspected line and auxiliary equipment (tower fittings, insulators and lightning wires). And fully grasp the safe distance and specification requirements between overhead power lines and facilities and other underground facilities.
8. Check whether there are any ongoing projects and various abnormal phenomena along the line. Such as: shooting and throwing objects at line facilities; Digging trenches, blasting earthwork, laying underground pipelines or cables, building roads and hoisting at high altitude in the protected area.
9. Climbing towers or erecting power lines and communication lines on towers.
10, connecting electrical equipment on the line conductor without authorization.
1 1. There are trees or other facilities near the line that endanger the safety of the line, and the line conductor causes discharge when it swings in the wind.
12. Whether blasting, quarrying and flying kites are carried out near the line (about 300m).
13, whether the tower itself and its components are skewed;
14. tower foundation cultivation: whether the surrounding soil protrudes or sinks, and whether the foundation itself is cracked, damaged or sinks; 15, whether there are cracks, peeling and exposed steel bars on the cement pole;
16, whether there are foreign bodies such as bird's nests on the tower;
17, weeds around the tower foundation are too high, and vines attached to the tower are too high.
18, insulator and porcelain cross arm are dirty, porcelain bottle is cracked, toughened glass insulator is cracked, iron cap and steel foot insulation are corroded.
19, insulators and cross arms have flashover traces and traces left by local spark discharge;
20. Conduct key inspections on the discovered construction areas, and keep relevant information (such as photos and inspection reports).
General inspection: conduct regular line inspection on 10 once a month, and ask Nanyuan Technology Co., Ltd. to send someone to attend, and issue a written inspection report on the inspection results.
