The three important poets in Hanyuan Collection are

There are three poets in Hanyuan: Bian, He Qifang and Li Guangtian.

Hanyuan Collection (Commercial Press) was published in 1936, including Jenny von westphalen Collection by He Qifang, Collection of Lines by Li Guangtian and Collection of Several Lines by Bian, hence the name. They pay attention to convey their unique temperament through poetry: He Qifang mainly expresses young people's hazy ideals and faint sadness.

Li Guangtian's poems are simple in style and profound in meaning; Bian is good at expressing emotion and philosophy in silence, and has made a useful exploration of objectification and non-objectification of modern poetry with clever words. Judging from the overall classification of poetry schools, the three poets of Hanyuan all belong to China modernist poetry group.

1In March, 936, Hanyuan Collection, one of the creative series of the Literature Research Association, was published, which caused a great sensation in the poetry circle and had a far-reaching influence. Since then, the fame of the three poets in Hanyuan has been established, and they have impressed readers from generation to generation with their enduring power. Even today, they can still feel the beauty and freshness of those three young hearts.

He Qifang, Bian and Li Guangtian were classmates of Peking University College of Literature at that time, and they got together with friends. Appreciate each other, like-minded, and often get together to learn poetry.

1934, Zheng Zhenduo compiled "Literature Research Association Creation Series" and asked Bian for a collection of poems. Bian compiled all the poems of He Qifang and Li Guangtian so far. The place where they study together is called "Hanyuan", which is a bit old-fashioned, but they like it and have fun, so it is called "Hanyuan Collection".
