On the evening of May 17, I spent three days reading all the books I got, saying that I wrote some reading notes. I have been looking for various interfaces to escape. I just took this written book out of my bag and prepared to put it back on the shelf. It occurred to me that this book can't be read for nothing, and it must be kept quiet. If I put it back silently, the surging passion when I read will leave silently. In view of this, I picked up a pen and wrote this reading note.
Not really. I saw the title. I haven't heard of it. Look at the author again. I don't know him. I didn't know until I saw the author's introduction on the title page. It turns out that Zhang Lei is the founder of Gaoling Capital. I don't know the author, but I definitely know a company like Gaoling. So from beginning to end, I carefully and completely read the master's entrepreneurial experience.
When the author talked about his growing experience, he said that there was a sentence in a book that had a great influence on him. This book is the novel Silent Tang by the Soviet writer sholokhov. This sentence is: others are deciding their own and others' fate, and I am here to release my horse. How come... I should run away, or I'll get deeper and deeper. "As it happens, I read this book a few years ago. Coincidentally, I remember this sentence deeply myself. Since we are like-minded, I will continue reading. As a result, I flipped through a few pages and found that the author put forward a point when summing up his college education: the most important thing in life is to find a group of people who are really reliable and like to do interesting things together. This passage used to be the criterion for finding partners, and it was made into a display board and hung on the wall of the company. These similar values in the book are self-identity, so this book is particularly cordial.
Throughout the book, the reason why a master is a master naturally has its own unique side. Pick a point, find a group of like-minded people (that is, find a group of people you like and are really reliable), and continue to work hard for many years to improve in one field (that is, to do interesting things together, as the author said). On the other hand, I am impetuous and all walks of life want to participate. Every industry can talk about Kan Kan, but I have never been able to settle down in a certain industry. Limited energy must be concentrated in the selected industries, so as to concentrate on doing great things and make breakthroughs in the selected fields. Otherwise, there are too many industries involved, and human, material and financial resources are scattered. On the surface, it seems that every industry is doing it, but it can't achieve anything and will eventually give up. After more than ten years of debut, life is only a few decades, so we can't waste time endlessly.
Every time I read a book, I feel that those so-called successful people have had some similar experiences themselves, and now they can succeed by doing something. But you can't live by assumptions. Ordinary people are ordinary people because they cannot break through this hypothesis. Successful people can turn assumptions into reality, so they succeed. One day I succeeded, that is, I turned my hypothesis into reality!
